PlumbingMarket.ca is a Canadian e-commerce store specializing in plumbing supplies. Despite a solid product offering, the store struggled to scale online sales due to underperforming ad campaigns and website inefficiencies.
Challenges
When I first audited their account, I identified three critical issues holding them back: Low conversion rate – traffic was coming in, but sales remained minimal. Poor ad structure & wasted budget – campaigns weren’t optimized, leading to high costs and low ROI. No proper conversion tracking – decisions were based on guesswork instead of data.
Strategy
To turn things around, I developed a growth-focused strategy combining paid media optimization and Shopify improvements:
